This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Apps Zone (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use any of our apps that link to this policy (the “App”). Some features are optional and may not be available in every App. This page is intended to be publicly accessible and applies only to the App features that you use.
By using the App, you acknowledge this policy. Where required by law, we request consent before collecting or using optional data, including consent for personalized advertising.
We use information to provide the App and requested features, process or deliver selected content, preserve settings, verify purchases and entitlements, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, send optional notifications, measure performance, improve features, comply with law, and maintain security.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location for ordinary App operation.
When you choose an image, camera capture, drawing, or prompt for an editing, tracing, generation, or analysis feature, the selected content is used to perform that request. Depending on the feature, the content and prompt may be transmitted securely to our hosting, processing, or AI service providers and may be cached temporarily while the result is generated, delivered, secured, or supported.
Images are not uploaded merely because they exist in your gallery. You can cancel or decline permission, and you should not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that contains sensitive information you do not want processed. We may retain generated results or selected content only for the period needed for the requested feature, support, security, legal compliance, or the deletion process described below.
Where the App displays ads, we may use Google AdMob and its SDK. AdMob and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction, diagnostics, and similar information to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising. The exact processing depends on your device settings, region, consent choices, and the ad configuration used by the App.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App uses Google's supported consent flow or a certified consent management platform where required and enabled. You may manage advertising or device permissions through the App, your device settings, or Google's controls. More information is available in AdMob policies and Google's Privacy Policy.
We may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging, to understand feature use, improve stability, configure features, and deliver notifications. Firebase may process app instance identifiers, device information, usage events, and diagnostic data. See Firebase privacy and security and Firebase Analytics.
We may also use Google Play services, secure hosting, authentication, cloud storage, AI/image processing, payment, and support providers. Providers may access information only to perform services for us, under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Some providers may process information outside your country.
Some Apps may offer one-time purchases such as credit packs, points, tokens, image generations, premium assets, or other consumable/non-consumable items. These are separate from subscriptions. A one-time purchase does not automatically renew unless the Google Play checkout explicitly identifies it as a recurring subscription.
The purchase screen identifies the item, quantity or benefit, and price shown by Google Play. Credits or points may be consumed when you use an eligible feature, may be non-transferable, and may not be redeemable for cash except where required by law. A refund, cancellation, expiration, or reversal may change the available entitlement according to Google Play's rules.
Where an App offers a subscription, the purchase screen and Google Play checkout are the source of truth for the localized price, billing period, applicable taxes, trial or introductory offer, included benefits, and renewal terms. Before purchase, the App should clearly identify whether the plan is weekly, monthly, yearly, or another period and whether it renews automatically.
Unless Google Play states otherwise, a subscription automatically renews at the displayed price and billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription. A free trial or introductory price, if offered, converts to the stated recurring price after the offer ends unless cancelled before renewal.
Subscription benefits are separate from one-time credits or points. We do not describe a recurring subscription as “free” or show a daily/monthly equivalent as the primary price unless the checkout and offer terms clearly support that description. If a displayed App price differs from the Google Play checkout, the purchase must be corrected before publication.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including delivering a requested result, maintaining entitlements, preventing fraud, resolving support issues, meeting tax/accounting obligations, and complying with law. Temporary uploads and processing copies are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed, subject to provider processing and reasonable backups.
To request deletion of personal information, selected uploads, prompts, or support records, email thedeveloper5225@gmail.com from the email address you want us to contact. Include the App name, a description of the information, and any non-sensitive purchase or installation reference that helps us locate it. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and feature. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the App, Google Play for billing and entitlement processing, advertising/analytics providers where enabled, legal authorities when required, or a successor in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets. We do not share private user content for unrelated third-party marketing.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the applicable jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this policy when the App, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies to future use.
